Tartar of crayfish


TARTAR CRAYFISH copy
You’ll need: 150g boiled crayfish meat, 1/4 onion, 3-4 cherry tomatoes, 2 teaspoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon dill, salt&pepper

Cut the crayfish in small chunks, finely chop the onion and cherry tomatoes. Add chopped dill and dress everything with approximately 2 teaspoons of lime juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil on taste. Add salt and pepper.
Send it to the fridge for 30 mins – 1 hour to marinate.

Serve with a chilled glass of Savignon Blanc or Riesling.
